This sees no oak, with ferment mainly in rotaries, then finished in tank, with no sulphur added. Boysenberry, summer pudding, violet and lilac, black cherry juice, a riot of opulent freshness and quite joyous with it, along with some steadying notes of soft licorice and graphite. Juicy on the palate, with the right amount of fine tannin to guide but not constrict.
