Tasting Notes

Fiano is one of the true great white wine varieties to come out of Italy. With its beautifully floral, citrus and nutty aromas, savoury and textural, and retaining zippy freshness and a bright finish, all this and grown in the warm climate of Heathcote. Wild fermentation plays further on those savoury notes, while some maturation in old wood allows the acid profile to relax giving you a wine that is moreish and complex and utterly drinkable

Arturo Heathcote Fiano 2025

"This wine is reminiscent of the Blue Nun Libefraumilch. Soft with lovely delicate fruits, low acid so really gentle on the pallet. , and a lovely lingering aftertaste. Best drunk really cold, An absolute must if this is your style of wine, especially at the price !"

Lovely Summer white

"Ac well balanced white wine. A little texture, dry and full of flavour. It has it all."
