Batches had skin contact, fermentation and maturation in mix of concrete egg and stainless steel, no mlf. Fiano takes a big step up the quality ladder here with an excellent release showcasing the wine's natural mix of the fresh and the savoury. Displays spring florals, apple blossom, quince, pear skin, lemon and grapefruit with a light dusting of fresh almond. Smoothly rounded across the palate, with good grip, before finishing with some mouth-watering fresh acidity.
