Pocketwatch Pinot Gris continues the Oatley family history of fine craftsmanship. By blending a number of parcels of night-harvested grapes from our vineyards in the Central Ranges of NSW and fermenting the wine with cultured yeasts in stainless steel, our winemakers have created a bright, crisp and fruit-driven wine, with pinot gris’ trademark texture and vitality. It is a flavoursome wine tasting of juicy pears, apple and melon.
