Pale straw in the glass with attractive aromas of nashi pear, soft spice, green apple sorbet, clover blossom, honeysuckle, stone and crème fraîche. Crisp, dry and refreshing, there's a lovely mineral cadence to this wine and a savoury lean that is very appealing. This and a platter of shellfish and you'd be in a good place.
