This is a white wine of character, prettiness and intensity. It’s excellent, full stop. It tastes of lime rind and aromatic herbs, brine, fennel, nectarine and roses, with lemon and red apples for afters. It’s very, very slightly textural but mostly it’s aromatic, flavoursome, pure and refreshing. Seek this out. It’s a beauty.
