Stone fruits, grilled grapefruit, preserved lemon, toasted almond and marzipan combine with a lightly spicy quality, working across a creamy smooth palate. Finishes with some well-managed phenolic grip.

Fragrant, spicy and musky, this medium-weight viognier reveals an alluring but restrained bouquet of tangerine, florals and some creamy yeastiness. A finer, more linear and restrained example than we see from warmer years, it's long and underpinned by a fine dustiness of genuine extract, finishing fresh, refined and with a lively acidity. A charming wine, but for those who love their viognier a little less opulent.
