There's concentration and richness, from the heady nose of blueberry and cherry, toasty, winter warming spices, cedar and graphite to the round, mouth-filling palate. It's a polished, layered wine—acidity, fine, beautifully structured tannins, flavor intensity—it's all here. You could drink this now with protein but it should continue to age for another decade.
