Tasting Notes

Here it is, our third Tumbarumba Chardonnay, sourced from the beautiful Johansen vineyard in the high country of Tumbarumba. Such a pleasure to be able to access this highly sort, and pretty expensive, fruit. 2023 was a long season up there where the weather was kind, some rain but not so much as to effect the crop. Beautiful aromas of citrus, white peach, touch of almond with balancing acidity and the drive to cellar form years.
