A vivacious white wine with vibrant green apple, anise characters, a touch of jasmine florals, white pepper and dill herbal notes woven through. It's got crisp edges, brisk and crunchy texture, sleek lines and a tightly wound and lingering, minerally finish. It touches the hallmarks of pinot blanc well and offers up a lighter weight and very refreshing white wine overall. Nicely played.

Green melon and white peach, some guava. It’s fruity with ripe citrus and tropical undertones. Joyful and fresh, with bitter herbs, crushed flowers and mint leaf to finish. There’s something like jasmine green tea going on here, which is very nice. It’s a good white wine.
