2023 Nugan Estate Single Vineyard Carver Vineyard Touriga 12 Pack

A Portuguese grape variety. At harvest, the small compact bunches of fruit are bursting with flavour. Once in the winery, the fruit is crushed and chilled for 48 hours of cold soaking. Allowed to naturally warm and begin fermentation, the fruit undergoes a series of manual plunging and pump overs during an extended two-week period. Once pressed out, the resulting wine is racked off gross lees and matured for 6 months in French oak barrels.
