Bright, deep crimson. Intensely perfumed dark cherry, black tea, dried sage and amaro aromas. Seductive red fruits envelope a tightly woven line of graphite and bergamot tea, with lingering dried herbs, orange peel, and cherry fruit. Product Highlights

Trophy-laden and critically adored, this Pinot Noir follows in the footsteps of the 2023 Jimmy Watson Trophy winner and Tyson Stelzer’s Pinot Noir of the Year from 2024.

Grown on poor but distinctive soils just outside Hobart, the vineyard's mysterious “Moorilla mix” clone delivers again with signature plush tannins and mineral drive. Expect an expressive nose of raspberry liqueur, bergamot and truffle, with a layered palate of pomegranate, cherry blossom, dried herbs and spice. A fine thread of whole bunch tannin and classy oak wrap this up with poise, length and energy.

"Wow, lots going on here, lovely complex flavours and structure. Worth twice the price of the standard wine? Maybe on the right special occasion."
