Tasting Notes

Exclusively made of Chardonnay, this Crémant is elaborate according to the traditional method with an ageing of 18 months minimum on "lies" without any added sulphites. A golden colour. A mineral nose with chalk and flint as well as some stones fruits aromas such as vine peach. On the palate, a light acidity followed by spices notes and cinnamon.
