The wine is lively and perfumed with raspberries, pomegranates, dried herbs and purple flowers. There’s juicy fruit, subtle tannin and bright acidity. – Jarrod Johnson

A blend of Grenache, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir Each component undergoes natural whole-berry fermentation in open fermenters and is gently pumped over twice daily to retain the wine’s freshness and develop a fine tannin structure. After a short time on skins, each component is pressed to old French puncheons to undergo full malolactic conversion and a brief maturation. The wine is then carefully blended with a small S02 addition made before bottling. Bottled young to maintain vibrancy.
