Another excellent chardonnay. It's had the treatment with wild yeast fermentation and battonage to develop palate richness and feel. The nose reveals a mealy almond aroma with a trace of savouriness. The palate is richly textured but with a tight acid line that controls and drives through to the finish. Nice spicy touches add further complexity and interest.

Lemon curd, mandarine peel, nectarine, white pepper spice, fresh wood, cashews. Smooth texture, wet stones, pears. Finishes bitter and creamy with a hint of warming spice but it works well with the general lightness of things in the mix.

A fleshy and tropical chardonnay with mangoes, lemon curd, vanilla and pineapples on the nose. Medium-bodied and fruit-forward with bright acidity.
