A riesling (I'm a sucker for them!) that shows delicious tones of juicy nectarine, grilled peach, apple and citrus fruits, hints of crème fraîche, candied citrus rinds, white flowers, apple turnover and stone. Clean and precise flavours here, even with that slide of RS. Balance is on point, finishing with a pleasing mineral energy. Roast pork is a go-to for me with off-dry riesling.
