A high percentage (90%) of chardonnay this vintage, disgorged Sept '25. It pours with plenty of fine bead, and in the glass, it’s a light-straw hue and smells of a pastry shop full of brioche and buttered croissant. Quite flavoursome with white peach and citrus, some gentle autolysis and a creaminess, the perfectly assessed dosage at 6.5g/L softening out the palate. Yet this has plenty of racy acidity and excellent length.
