Pronounced "Mohn-baz-ee-YAK," Made from Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc & Muscadelle, this botrytized desert style is the most well-known wine of Bergerac and Dordogne., Pungently floral and fruity with honey and dried apricot perfumes from the Muscadelle grape, then plant-based fragrances. Finally, some flavours such as vanilla and toast are associated with barrel aging.. Fermented in French oak barrel (225L) then aged for 12-14 months by custom.
