Critic Reviews
Neal Martin - Vinous
The 2021 Mâcon La Roche Vineuse, which comes from younger vines up to 35 years old, is matured in stainless steel with just a tiny bit of wood due to the empty barrels. It has a pretty nose with Granny Smiths and a smidgin of orange pith. The palate is medium-bodied with a slightly resinous entry, sharp acidity, crisp and taut with pear and grapefruit notes on the finish. Just a bit skinny at the moment.
