Pale gold, highlighted by golden tints, bright and shiny. Perfumed and nutty, the nose is redolent of juicy white peaches and honey with a creamy cashew-like oak. The palate is wonderfully fresh yet expressive, with ripe stone fruits drawn together by fine natural acidity. The acid then tightens and lengthens the back palate with the subtle Burgundy oak playing a supportive role. The 2020 Moonambel Chardonnay is an exemplary example of modern chardonnay from a unique site.
