A forthright, more savory expression than La Linea's sassier regular tempranillo. I prefer this. A bony, nicely astringent framework houses notes of dark fruit, a smear of anise and black olive and a trail of dried thyme, lavender and sage. The finish is persistent, if not drying, at this embryonic stage. A lovely wine, likely better in a few years. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
