Picked early to to retain freshness and acid structure. This wine has both, with just a hint of some of the richness and dried fruits you might normally see. It presents another side to the grape's personality. Citrus, orange rind, mandarin, musk, florals are enjoyed against a long, slow, textural ride across the palate.

Think different.” The same words apply here, with emphasis on the floral, though this release has a bit more cut and drive. It’s savoury and floral and then dry through the finish, almost too much so, with the general interest factor high.

Pale lemon colour. Aromas of cream and cashews, the palate very lean and singular, narrow, dry and short. Plain and simple but refreshing and very quaffable. It may show more character with a bit of time in the bottle.
