Aromatics: On the nose this is very Burgundian, Chassagne like... Beautfiul and elegant topped up Jura Chardonnay with notes of honey, toffee and suble oak spices. Palate: Fine wine here, once again on the palate this Jura Chardonnay could rival many top Cote de Beaune yet it retain its Jura sense of place. White fruits, spices and nutty / yeasty character. Power, texture and elegance on the palate. Incredible purity and lengh with a beautiful mineral tension and great depth.
