Two years in concrete, on lees. A delicate white wine yet has the mettle and thrust of crushed rock minerality in its sluice of red apple, yeasty-nutty savouriness, honey on hay notes, a touch of skinsy grip and chew amongst all that. Quite a transparent wine but that textural grip is excellent, lending shape and almost a saline, bitter element to the wine. Awesome drinking.
