This Watervale Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced off our own winery vineyard. Salient mulberry/herbaceous and cassis aromas. Juicy berry flavours give depth to the mid palate balanced with fine tannins and subtle oak. This round and voluptuous style is a result of time-honoured basket pressing, finishing with good length of flavour.Cellaring potential of 4 - 6 year.
