2018 Tiefenbrunner Merus Sauvignon Blanc

Tiefenbruner are a benchmark producer for Alto-Adige and indeed Italy as a whole. They make a range of wines that offer up some of the very best value and quality in the Country. This sauvignon blanc is a bit more restrained than say its Marlborough counterpart, but with lovely notes of elderflower and sage it is a uniquely italian take ona well-loved variety.
