Super spicy cherries with spiced-biscuit complexity. The palate has a very smooth-honed core of bright, vibrant dark berries and cherries with silky tannin texture.

The aromas are reduced out of the gate, with notes of tire rubber and nori, causing significant distraction. Medium-plus-bodied cherry, strawberry and cinnamon flavors follow. There are interesting things there, but the palate can't make up the difference. Perhaps time will settle the reduction and bring it all together.
