Tasting Notes

The colour is mid straw green with ripe peach, melon, grapefruit and a delicious lemon zest note. Underneath these primary aromatics are more subtle mineral notes of talc and flint as well as the elusive white pepper character. The palate is soft and full bodied showing those stone & citrus fruits fulling the mid palate. The acidity is crisp but yielding ensuring the wine stays balanced with a trace of natural fruit sweet-ness through to a fine, clean, dry finish.
