Sourced from three top-tier Yarra Valley vineyards, this handpicked gem was whole-bunch pressed and aged in French oak for 10 months (with just the right amount of new barrels to spice things up). It’s got zingy lemon zest, white peach, and honeysuckle vibes with a creamy, cashew-edged finish that’s equal parts fresh and fancy.
