Tasting Notes

This Semillon was grown in Griffith, NSW and was harvested and fermented prior to being taken to my winery in the Hunter to be completed. I like to finish the wine so that it shows delicate citrus characters, and is particularly delicious when served with a citrus tart. This year (2018) is the first Botrytis Semillon served under the Lisa McGuigan Collection.
