Jeff Porter - Wine Enthusiast

Opening with aromas of roasted game, dried wild flowers and plum preserves this sparkling wine sparks images of raging fire, a well-read book and a plush chair. Rich and lush, the palate is full bodied and coats the mouth with flavors of roasted black cherries, candied violets and warmed spices. There is so much going on in this wine that each glass tells another chapter to make this wine complete.
