Product Highlights

Most rosé is made to be forgotten by the second glass. This one comes from a single organic vineyard in Margaret River, where the Shiraz and Cabernet vines are dry-grown, so they dig deep for water and give small, flavour-packed berries. 

Nearly a third of the juice was fermented in barrel for a silky, creamy texture, and it went to bottle unfined, with nothing added to polish it. 

Expect ripe strawberries and cream, a generous palate and a clean finish that has you reaching for another sip. It's made for the first warm Saturday of spring, a table outside and food that keeps coming. Pretty enough for an afternoon, serious enough for dinner.
