This is dry, herbal and bitter. It tastes as though it's good for you, like Brussel sprouts. It's wild with leafy, botanical inputs, tincture-like, and while it's built on acidity it also progresses a line of bay-infused blackcurrant, plus some meaty, game-like characters. It's not for the faint-hearted, nor those seeking something cuddly and simple. It is quality though. A wine of intricacy and inherent, unforced difference. Allow it a few more years to develop in the bottle and it promises an experience on the kaleidoscopic end of the drinking spectrum.
