Base is 2018, disgorgement July 2022. The recipe is 60% white wine, 30% rosé de saignée, 10% red wine blended in. Savoury style with an alluring decaying element, dead flowers, ruby grapefruit, pink peach, more savouriness in flavours, grilled nuts but not sweet, just pure and with a mineral oyster shell finish.

Very open and fruity, showing raspberries, wild strawberries, violets and manuka honey on the nose. So pure, fun and fresh with a medium body and light bubbles. 100% pinot meunier, 60% pressed into white wine plus 30% macerated juice plus 10% still red wine. Base wine 2022. Dosage 2.5g/L. Disgorged January 2025.
