Seven villages are represented in this cuvée with 90% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. This is 2016 (60%) and 2015 (40%) with a very fresh nose, offering exuberant, yellow-fruit aromas with some fresh bread from the 26-month resting on lees. This has a smooth palate, with plenty of attractive citrus fruit and peaches on offer and there’s very expressive fruit flesh at the finish.

Very composed peaches and red fruit, as well as striking, ripe aromas of strawberries and hints of honey. The palate has deep, flavorsome peach and strawberry flavors. Very fresh-fruit driven and upbeat. A blend of 2014 (40 per cent) and 2015 (60 per cent). 90 per cent chardonnay and ten per cent pinot noir.

A well-cut Champagne, with a minerally underpinning and a pleasing tension to finely knit flavors of white cherry and Anjou pear, grated ginger and sliced almond. Plush and creamy on the lingering finish. Disgorged April 2020.
