Tasting Notes

Big oak, really good spice, is evident on the nose. The palate is big, loads of oak again, and really nice acidity on the finish. For lovers of big, oaky Chardonnay.

Lovely wine

"I have never had a Lost Wolf wine I haven't really enjoyed. I love the look of the bottles with their hand made labels. This Chardonnay is full flavoured and reminds me of some of the older Chardonnays even though it is 2024."

Lost Wolf Barossa Chardonnay 2024

"It is a little more buttery than I prefer, but it has grown on me after a second bottle. However I prefer dryer and fruitier styles."

Don H. (4/5)

A tasty drop

"A new winery but a great old style rich chardy"
