The 2025 Pinot Gris is textural and white-fruited, with pineapple crust, white pepper, green apple skin and preserved lemon brine, with wax and white flowers as well. This is good. I like Tasmanian Pinot Gris. The best have a chalky texture, sometimes a little bit of a blush color and plenty of flavor on the palate. They retain a sense of class too, so they come recommended. This is just that. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
