A blend of old-vine shiraz from Ebenezer and Menglers Hill. 10% whole bunch, matured for 11 months in oak, 10% new. Bright magenta/crimson with broody dark plum, blackberry and black cherry fruits with hints of graphite, blackstrap licorice, dark chocolate, vanillin oak, fruitcake, olive tapenade and baking spices. Opulent and lush, with great fruit density, bright acidity and a cloud of pillowy tannin on the exit.
