Rosé is a variety that Merrill knows a thing or two about. Some of his Rosés while at Reynella are legendary. He makes this pale pink and onion skin colour light bodied rose from Grenache sourced from throughout South Australia. Lifted perfumed aromas of watermelon, rose petal and raspberry are pure Grenache. There’s a crunchy minerality here too, which brings further life into a zippy palate. Has a nice slightly grainy texture.
