Palate: We love a good ‘Barossa Claret’, and that’s precisely what we’ve got here. Ripe, supple Shiraz with a lovely Cebernet backbone, satisfyingly full-flavoured. Great with rich gamey flavours – preferably game you’ve shot yourself, of course!
