The 2023 has aromas and flavours of cashew, apple and mirin. The palate has a tight edge, but there are some yeasty flavours and structure from the stirring of the lees. The nuttiness continues on the palate with some hints of citrus showing through. Texture is the name of the game here, and this wine has plenty. Great with palatschinke and broadbean hotpot.
