Cracking value! The wine spent almost a year and a half maturing in French oak, both new and older. A bright crimson/magenta hue here, the aromas swirl through plums, delicatessen meats, mulberries, red apples, spices and black cherries. This is finely structured and with vibrant acidity, sleek tannins and excellent length, so fresh and refined, and so impressive. It is surely a ten year proposition.

Just getting a price from the Rosily website and I see this wine received a 96+ score from Kim Brebach. So bear that in mind. Blue and red fruit, biscuit spices, a little mint/gum leaf, an aniseed and white flower perfume. It’s medium-bodied, juicy in mixed berry and stone fruit, some toasty oak in the mix, a light grainy grip to tannin, with a dry and lightly tangy finish of good length. Nice wine all up.
