Tasting Notes
Sourced from two of Tumbarumba’s oldest vineyards. Grapes are hand picked and whole bunch pressed straight to oak. Wild yeast fermented and left on lees to go through full malolactic fermentation. The wine is then kept on lees prior to light filtration. No finings.
Winemakers Note
His wines have received high profile recognition at a national and international level including the prestigious Stodart Trophy in 2014 and the NSW Wine of the Year in both 2014 and 2015 – the latter being the first and only time in the awards 20-year history that the accolade has been received multiple times by a single producer, let alone in consecutive years.

How long will my order take?We use Australia Post for shipping. Depending on your location, your order may take between 2-10 business days to arrive.
Items that are 'In stock' will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse the same or next business day. By default, orders containing 'Pre-Order' or 'Wine Collective Marketplace' products will be dispatched once all items have been received in our Sydney warehouse. Please allow an extra 5-7 business days on top of our standard delivery times for marketplace items.
