The Idle Hill Growers range is a nod to Burge and his work. His name is now firmly on the label in recognition of his great job sourcing fruit for these superb wines. These wines, exclusive to TWC customers, are a testament to our commitment to bringing you the best.
Grant and the winemaking team at Burge Family sourced fruit from across the Barossa Valley floor and the High Eden to help blend together this enigmatic Shiraz. Immediately you are met with that tell-tale sign of old-vine fruit: complexity of flavour and remarkable tannins the calling card, sandwiched between 18 months of fine French oak. There's raspberry and blue fruits, cassis and mocha, vanilla and spice.
