It has a fine, seamless structure with a chalky, minerally thread of tannins, and a nice combination of oak. Perfectly balanced and poised. Most attractive drinking.

So approachable and brimming with good things, from heady aromas to the plummy fruit, cassis and baking spices. Hints of cedary oak add some volume to the more mid-weighted palate. Pliable, almost soft, tannins make this appealing now, although given its youth, it will develop more detail in time.
