Sourced from a single vineyard in the Ormond sub region. Golden apples, yellow grapefruit and slices of starfruit. A lemon balm citrus with jasmine and honeysuckle blossom plus honeycomb wax with a nougatine confection. Fruit is front and centre with lingering acidity and just a touch of cold butter and labneh creaminess. A small portion of malo sits just right. Expect this wine to slip down a little too easily. Drink with a chilled shellfish platter and lots of lemon for squeezing over.
