A vine of extremely ancient origins rediscovered in the last decades, it grows in the southern part of Piedmont, in Roero to be precise, situated north of the Langhe, on the left bank of the Tanaro river. An elegant and delicate wine, rich in fragrances and with a wide range of ethereal notes that an expert connoisseur can recognise and appreciate. Pleasant as an aperitif, but recommended with hors d’oeuvres, fish-based dishes and first courses. Delicate and extremely elegant, harmonious, fresh and pleasant, with a good structure that is in equilibrium with its moderate acidity.
