Auld Family Wines East Hill Block Reserve Shiraz 2020
A wine collective exclusive. The team at Auld have produced this stunning wine. Sourced from a single, ironstone-rich block in the Barossa Valley, giving it a distinctive depth and concentration that embodies the power and minerality of classic Australian Shiraz.

Deep garnet with purple hues, showing a dense, inviting core. The nose offers rich dark berries, black plum, peppery spice, and subtle cedar and earth notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured, with ripe fruit, integrated oak, firm tannins, and a long, lingering finish.

Sam Kim - Wine Orbit
Gorgeously fruited and enticing, the wine shows black and purple fruit richness, floral, baking spice, and cedar characters with a hint of cocoa. The concentrated palate delivers outstanding weight and plump mouthfeel, splendidly framed by plush texture and finely integrated tannins, finishing superbly long and satisfying.

Dave Brookes - Halliday Wine Companion
Bright crimson with aromas of blackberry, blueberry and damson plum fruits cut with hints of baking spices, cedar, pan juices, dark chocolate, some distant sage and bay leaf, olive tapenade and earth. Full bodied with a pastille edge to those black and blue fruits on the palate, leaning a little to the 'traditional' Barossan style but with a fresh driveline and a little more space to its form.
