This Di Fabio Estate Shiraz presents beautifully lifted aromas of forest berry and cedar layered by roasted hazelnut and leathery base notes. Fresh varietal blackberry flavours to the fore, a thread of spice is complemented by a long savoury finish. Fruit, acidity and tannin in perfect balance, the wine is drinking beautifully now and will continue to reward for years to come.
