Matt Walls - Decanter
An approachable and drinkable but structured style of Southern Rhône. It's in a harmonious state of maturity now, with some subtle spice hints weaved in through the ripe black berry fruits. No more than medium-bodied, with refined tannins and balanced alcohol, this will be really complimentary of many dishes at the dinner table. Very well made. No oak ageing. Vines are over 50-years-old, and grown between 530m and 540m above sea level.
